What to Do When You Don’t Know What to Do

A talk from Swami Nityananda presented in HD audio and video

Dear Feel Love Now Community,

We just shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.

Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Manifest Your Divinity Series by clicking here.

By exploring and connecting with "the city of Brahman" within, we unlock a reservoir of eternal light and wisdom. This divine presence guides us, heals us, and connects us with the universal fabric of life.

Through practical applications and meditative practices, we not only transform ourselves but also extend this transformation to others, creating ripples of positivity and healing that reach far beyond our immediate surroundings. Embracing this path not only enriches our own lives but also contributes to a more compassionate and understanding world.

As we continue to explore these teachings and integrate them into our daily lives, we are reminded of the power of inner light and the potential it has to bring about significant change. It is through such practices that we can truly live in the fullness of knowing, guided by the divine light within, and extend that light to illuminate the lives of others around us.

Here’s one of our favorite quotes:

“So in the Bhagavad-Gita, this is a teaching for each of us. ‘The indwelling self, though residing in it, is distinct and independent of the body. It is the witness, the perceiver, the guide, the sustainer.’

”And so, invite your heart to open and allow yourself to feel within yourself that which is aware through you—that which perceives through you, that which provides guidance. What this tells us is that guidance is always with us. There’s not a single moment that we are separate from guidance—it’s within us! Because the indwelling self is within us.

”If we are here, nonseparateness is already here also. Guidance is already here also, which means the sustainer, that which supports, that which inspires, that which enlivens, that which helps us to live fully, is already here as well.”

If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Often we receive these teachings right when we need them.

In loving service,
The Karma Yoga Team at AYM
