How Does a Yogi Approach Politics

A dialogue between Swami Nityananda and Acharya Kashi presented in HD audio and video

Dear Feel Love Now Community,

Swami Nityananda and Acharya Kashi highlight the timeless wisdom that has guided spiritual leaders like Swami Yogananda Paramahansa, Swami Premananda, and Swami Shankarananda through the most challenging periods in history. By aligning with the universal laws of energy, you can live in harmony, no matter the external circumstances.

Discover how these teachings offer a path to inner peace, freedom, and abundance, even in the midst of chaos. Whether you're facing personal struggles or global challenges, this video will guide you to tap into the flow of divine love, light, and joy.

By embracing these principles, you'll learn to think good thoughts, speak righteously, and act in ways that align with the energy that upholds the universe. This transformative journey will help you unlock a life of joy, peace, and abundance, regardless of the cycles of time and space.

Here’s one of our favorite quotes from Swami Nityananda

“If I am in harmony with the laws of energy, I will live in joy, peace, and freedom and abundance no matter what cycles are going on in time and space. Swami Yogananda Paramahansa was here in the Great Depression. He lived in joy and freedom and peace and abundance in the midst of the Great Depression.

Swami Premananda also was here—he founded his community near D.C. in 1928 when his teacher asked him to come over and found that. He lived in joy and peace and prosperity and abundance. Swami Shankarananda founded Darshan Charitable Trust November 3rd—fifty years ago this year—in the midst of the Vietnam war. And so we know that was a conflict that divided families.

We know that there were sometimes people who didn’t talk to other members of their family. Right now in the Jewish community, there are members of families that are not talking to other members of family based upon different understandings. We know that this is an experience that can happen in time and space.

Always:

  • The yogic teachings are guiding me to be illumined by the Light, which is one with the light in the heart of all beings—including the ones who seem to be on an opposing side. Deeper than all of it are these universal laws of energy and light.

  • I choose to not wait to allow that flow of divine love and peace and purity and light and perfection to flow through me—I’m not going to wait for anything to happen in time and space.

  • I’m going to immediately go to that flow of divine light and love and joy and peace and beauty and purity and perfection and then I will be guided from within.

In this moment, the Buddha says, ‘Think good thoughts. Speak what is righteous. Choose and act in ways that are righteous.’ I will know from within because I will be in harmony. I will be aligned with and supported by that energy that upholds the whole universe.”

In loving service,
